Hand-painted and embellished, and a snap is added.

Here's some more of my Handy Dandy work. I don't typically work with hearts, but at the request of a friend, I did. And this is what I ended up with! Sterling Silver and Leather. I love these materials together. Of course, these leather hearts are available on my website. The Larger heart .5x.5 inches sells for $2.00 and the tiny ones which are .25x.25 inches in size sell for .75. Enjoy coming up with great ideas!

I Love these earrings, and very comfy to wear also! These Leather and Silver earrings sell for $49.

I don't usually like hearts, but I really enjoyed making this necklace! This Necklace is made with a leather heart, a sterling oxidized hammered ring and a Wenge' wood heart, all made by ElementZ. This necklace is a One-of-a-kind and CANNOT be reproduced. This necklace runs $89.00 and is 18 inches in length.

All components in these pictures and made by ElementZ Designs.

I recently lost a few pounds, it was a lot of work, but well worth it...Never in my life have I felt better! The only issue? I had my FAVORITE pair of Lucky jeans and my favorite top that I couldn't wear any more! what to do, what to do? I could have given them away, but to be honest, I was very attached to my Lucky jeans. So...Thank you to Donna of Prima Donna Beads for turning me on to a great idea! Turn my jean into a bag! So here it is Donna, and thanks so much again for the suggestion. I love my new favorite bag!

I Love my new Lucky Bag! I'm SOOOO glad that I didn't have to get rid of my jeans that I was SO attached to!

The inside on my bag is lined with one of my favorite "old me" tops. It had a draw string at the waist of it which I turned into the draw string of my bag. I didn't use any patterns to make this bag...I just ROLLED with it!

I recently made some more leather leaves and stained them in more random colors... Since then, my mind has been FILLED with ideas for designs! I love nature and I adore trees. So here is the leather bead I designed for all the tree lovers out there. Beautifully stained leather leaves in several natural tones like dark green, tan, brown, and even a dark navy blue and black! They measure approximately .5x.75 inches.

These earring are made with my leather leaves in tan, brown and dark green. They are wire wrapped with tiny faceted tourmaline pretties to give them a little sparkle. I oxidized the sterling silver wire for an antique finish so they can be worn for a casual or chick day!

These leather pieces are easy to use! You can drill them with a Dremel or you can easily push a hole through with a thumbtack! Most all leather pieces by ElementZ Designs have no drills in them. This is so that you can put the hole where ever you might want!

These leather leaves retail for $3.00 ea. For more information please check out www.elementzdesigns.com!

Day Three of the Softflex Trade show...

A super cute little Pom.

I finally did something new and exciting for ElementZ Designs! I made it to the Softflex Show in Honolulu! Yeahhh! I was of course nervous at first, then I got into the the swing of how things work at a bead trade show. Of course, I showed up a few minutes late every once in a while, but hey, we're on Hawaii time, right? It seemed that lots of folks liked my beads and pendants, and were excited to see something new!

I had a great neighbor during the show, Donna, of Prima Donna Beads...she has beautiful and very earthy glass beads that I fell in love with and HAD to have! Thanks Donna for all the tips and the heads up on Blogging. :-)

While in Honolulu, we took in the sights, the restaurants and even saw Alice in Wonderland in 3D! I also FINALLY found a pair of jeans...and a cute skirt.
